Method
- Pour the cold filtered water into a glass.
- Add 4 to 6 medium-sized ice cubes.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
- Stir until the salt dissolves.
- Add lemon juice if using.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach or post workout.
Notes
- Use pink Himalayan salt only—avoid regular table salt.
- Optional lemon juice adds flavor and supports digestion.
