  • 4–6 medium ice cubes
  • 1 glass cold filtered water (about 250 ml)
  • ⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (a pinch)
  • ½–1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour the cold filtered water into a glass.
