Wash and roughly chop all produce to fit your juicer or blender.
If using a juicer, run the celery, spinach, green apple, pineapple, cucumber, lemon, and ginger through the machine. Stir in cold water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
If using a blender, add all ingredients with the water. Blend on high until very smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp, if you prefer a clearer drink.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, ideally first thing in the morning or as a midday refreshment.
