Ingredients
  

  • 1 small raw beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large carrot1 green apple
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1–2 cups cold filtered water

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop all fruits and vegetables into chunks suitable for your juicer or blender.

  2. If using a juicer, process all ingredients except water, then stir in lemon juice at the end.

  3. For a blender, add all ingredients and the water, blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve for a silky juice.
