Method
- Wash and chop all fruits and vegetables into chunks suitable for your juicer or blender.
- If using a juicer, process all ingredients except water, then stir in lemon juice at the end.
- For a blender, add all ingredients and the water, blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve for a silky juice.
- Serve immediately over ice, or chill and enjoy within 24 hours for the best nutrient content.
