Method
- Brew green tea in hot (not boiling) water for 2–3 minutes, then let cool.
- Simmer peaches with a splash of water and sweetener for 5 minutes, then mash and strain to make syrup.
- In a pitcher, combine cooled green tea, peach syrup, lemon juice, and plenty of ice. Stir well and taste.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with mint, peach slices, or lemon wheels, and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness and lemon to taste.
- For caffeine-free, use herbal peach tea.
- Batch ahead and keep chilled for up to 2 days.
