Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade​ Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe peaches (fresh or frozen) sliced
  • 2 green tea bags or 2 tsp loose green tea
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • 3 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Brew green tea in hot (not boiling) water for 2–3 minutes, then let cool.

  2. Simmer peaches with a splash of water and sweetener for 5 minutes, then mash and strain to make syrup.

  3. In a pitcher, combine cooled green tea, peach syrup, lemon juice, and plenty of ice. Stir well and taste.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness and lemon to taste.
  • For caffeine-free, use herbal peach tea.
  • Batch ahead and keep chilled for up to 2 days.
