Method
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl or shaker.
- Add cold water and whisk or shake until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in your choice of milk.
- Slowly add the whisked matcha mixture over the milk and ice.
- Sweeten to taste and add optional flavorings if desired.
- Stir gently and enjoy right away.
Notes
- Adjust matcha and sweetener amounts to taste and caffeine preference.
- For extra protein, blend in a scoop of collagen or neutral protein powder.
- Best served fresh; do not store more than 24 hours.
