Method
- Brew your espresso and pour it into a mason jar or cocktail shaker while it’s still hot.
- Add the brown sugar syrup and cinnamon (if using).
- Fill the jar halfway with ice, seal, and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill and froth the mixture.
- Fill a tall glass with fresh ice.
- Pour the shaken espresso over the ice, then top with cold oat milk.
- Stir gently and enjoy right away!
