Ground Chicken Pizza Crust Recipe​

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken (breast or thigh)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, cheese, and all seasonings. Mix well until uniform.

  3. Place mixture on prepared pan and press into a thin, even circle about ¼ inch thick.

Notes

  • Pat chicken dry before mixing for a crisper crust.
  • Make your own ground chicken by pulsing chicken breasts or thighs in a food processor.
