Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, and salt until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder; stir until a dough forms.
- Divide into 4, shape each into a ring, and seal the ends.
- Place on baking sheet; brush with egg wash and add toppings.
- Bake 22–25 min, until golden and set. Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store at room temp 2 days, fridge 5 days, or freeze 2 months.
- Toast to restore texture after storing.
