Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: bagel seasoning, seeds, or shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, egg, and salt until smooth.

  3. Add flour and baking powder; stir until a dough forms.

  4. Divide into 4, shape each into a ring, and seal the ends.

  5. Place on baking sheet; brush with egg wash and add toppings.

  • Store at room temp 2 days, fridge 5 days, or freeze 2 months.
