Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

Method
 

  1. Add strawberries, chocolate protein powder, milk, and ice to a blender.

  2. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla, cocoa powder, and sweetener if desired.
