Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots (about 2 ounces) freshly brewed espresso
  • 1/2 cup cold half-and-half
  • Optional: pinch of cocoa powder or cinnamon for topping
  • Optional: flavored syrups (vanilla, caramel, hazelnut)

Method
 

  1. Brew a double shot of espresso and pour into a mug.

  2. Steam cold half-and-half until hot and foamy (use a steam wand or froth by hand).
